2024 Macbook Pro Docking Station Not Working. It charges the mac but the monitor does not turn on. I am using macbook pro m3 max with dell wd22tb4 docking station and facing the same issue with two dell 4k monitors (u2720q).
I am currently running os version 12.2.1 and i have. From what i have been reading it looks like using more than two monitors through a thunderbolt 4 docking station, requires something called mst, which is not supported on os x, to work.
