To be part of the parade (again, only in costume!) then you’re going to meet up with all fellow participants a little earlier, at 6:30 pm, on 6th ave at canal st. Begins at main st and first ave (in front of the chicken shack), heads west on main st, and then south on broadway ave, concluding near the bartow civic center, at mosaic park.
